All product prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

We provide free standard delivery throughout the United Kingdom.

Emma Oxford provides free tracked shipping throughout the United Kingdom.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

After dispatch, delivery is estimated to take 8–12 business days.

The combined estimated delivery period is therefore 9–15 business days.

These estimates exclude applicable weekends and public holidays and may be affected by shipping disruptions or other circumstances.

We may use international fulfilment partners and shipping facilities to dispatch products.

Responsibility for loss or damage in transit remains with Emma Oxford until the goods are received by you or a person you have nominated other than the carrier.

Where an order is delayed or cannot be delivered, the applicable consumer rights and remedies remain available.
