1. Ordering and the contract
Before submitting an order, you can review and correct the products, quantities, delivery details and other information shown at checkout. The contract is concluded when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted. The contract language is English. We provide these terms and the order confirmation electronically so that you can retain them.
If we cannot accept an order, we will inform you and refund any amount already paid for it.
2. Products, prices and payment
The main characteristics of each product are shown on its product page. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes payable to us unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any other mandatory charges payable to us are shown before you submit the order. Payment is taken using the methods offered at checkout.
3. Delivery
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After dispatch, delivery normally takes 8 to 12 business days. The processing period and delivery period are separate. Delivery charges, available destinations and further delivery terms are stated in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
4. Cancellation, returns and faulty goods
You have the legal 14-day cancellation right described in our Returns and Refund Policy. Emma Oxford extends the notification period for eligible returns to 30 days after delivery. The conditions, exceptions, return costs and refund process are set out in that policy.
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited under UK consumer law.
