Are returns still being accepted?
Yes. You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are returned in their original condition.
Contact our customer service team before sending a return and we’ll guide you through the process step by step.
Will there be any new stock after the sale?
No. The Autumn Sale is based on the stock currently available. Once a product or size sells out, it will not be restocked.
The promotional pricing is available for 24 hours only. When the event ends, the Autumn Sale prices will be removed and the promotion will not be extended.
Can I still track my order?
Of course. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Please also check your junk or spam folder if you can’t find the email.
