This policy applies to orders placed with Emma Oxford for delivery in the United Kingdom.
1. Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. This processing period takes place before dispatch and is separate from the delivery period.
2. Delivery after dispatch
After the order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery period is 8 to 12 business days. This estimate does not include the 1 to 3 business days required for processing.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public or bank holidays relevant to processing or delivery.
3. Charges and taxes
Delivery charges, VAT and any other mandatory charges payable to us are shown at checkout before you place the order. If any import charge may instead be payable directly by you, this will be disclosed before you place the order.
4. Delivery and delays
We deliver to the address accepted at checkout. Risk of loss or damage remains with us until the goods are received by you or a person nominated by you other than the carrier.
If delivery is delayed beyond the agreed period, contact info@emma-oxford.com. Your rights to require delivery within an additional appropriate period, or to cancel where permitted by UK consumer law, are not affected.
