Terms of Service
Last updated: [[LAST_UPDATED_DATE]]
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of [[WEBSITE_URL]] and purchases from [[STORE_NAME]] (the “Store”), operated by PSF Enterprises LLC. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.
1. About us

2. Eligibility and account information
You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian where applicable. You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information and for safeguarding your account credentials.
3. Products and product information
We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, materials, colours, measurements, and images accurately. Display settings and manufacturing variations may cause minor differences. Product availability may change without notice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for a product that is materially different from its description or otherwise non-conforming under mandatory law.
4. Prices, taxes, and charges
Prices are displayed in [[STORE_CURRENCY]]. Prices shown to consumers include applicable VAT or equivalent sales taxes where required. Delivery charges and any other unavoidable charges are disclosed before the order is submitted.
If goods are dispatched from outside the destination customs territory, the checkout and Shipping Policy will state whether import VAT, customs duties, and carrier handling charges are included or may be collected separately. We will not impose undisclosed charges.
5. Orders and contract formation
By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, a binding contract is formed when we send an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation expressly accepting the order.
We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailability, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, payment failure, legal restrictions, or an inability to deliver. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, we will refund it without undue delay.
6. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Payment processing is carried out by third-party payment providers and may be subject to additional security checks.
7. Delivery
Delivery destinations, charges, processing times, and estimated delivery periods are described in our Shipping Policy and displayed at checkout where applicable. Unless a different period has been agreed, goods will be delivered within the period required by mandatory consumer law.
Risk of loss or damage remains with us until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
8. Right of withdrawal, returns, and refunds
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase, generally within 14 days after receiving the goods in the EU/EEA. In addition to this statutory right, we voluntarily extend the period in which customers may request an eligible return to 30 days after delivery. Our return process, eligibility conditions, exceptions, costs, and refund timing are explained in our Returns and Refund Policy.
9. Legal guarantee and product conformity
Goods supplied to consumers must conform to the contract. Where EU consumer law applies, goods are covered by a minimum two-year legal guarantee from delivery, with longer or additional protection applying in some countries. Depending on the circumstances, statutory remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or a refund. These rights are separate from any voluntary commercial warranty.
10. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions are subject to their published conditions, availability, and expiry date. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, applied retrospectively, or combined. Promotional conditions do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
11. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Store, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the Store unlawfully, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the Store for illegal or fraudulent activity.
12. Intellectual property
The Store and its content, including text, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, and software, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Store only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes unless we give prior written permission.
13. Third-party services and links
The Store may use or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect any liability we have for providers acting on our behalf in fulfilling your order.
14. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or mandatory product and consumer-protection obligations.
Subject to mandatory law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses suffered by a consumer using products for commercial purposes.
15. Events outside reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay caused by events genuinely outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect, notify affected customers where appropriate, and perform or refund orders as required by mandatory law.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively. The version that applied when you placed an order will continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by [[GOVERNING_LAW]]. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections granted by the law of the country where you habitually reside. You may bring proceedings before any court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
Please contact us first at [[CUSTOMER_SUPPORT_EMAIL]] so that we can try to resolve a complaint. Information about any competent alternative dispute-resolution body required for the target market will be provided here: [[TARGET_MARKET_ADR_INFORMATION]].
18. Severability
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
19. Contact
